Michael A. Forbes

Michael A. Forbes is a Brooklyn-based music producer specializing in electronica, hip-hop, and drum and bass. He is currently pioneering a new genre called “Urban Ambient Fusion,” which combines atmospheric ambient music with urban soundscapes and complex rhythms.

Working from his Brooklyn studio, Forbes incorporates field recordings from local neighborhoods to create what he calls “emotional architecture in sound.” His innovative approach promises to redefine electronic music when his new project releases in early 2026.
